What data is involved

This is an informational website. It has no contact form, no newsletter and no account area, and it does not ask you to submit personal data.

• Information you voluntarily send us by email, including the content of your message and any attachments.
• Ordinary correspondence and business contact details, such as name, role, company, email address and any contact details you choose to provide.
• Technical request and security data that the hosting infrastructure may process to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, requested page, date and time, and browser or device information.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Managing legitimate business-to-business enquiries and relationships, and operating, maintaining and protecting the website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Complying with legal obligations, including accounting and record-keeping duties — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Recipients

Personal data may be accessed by authorised personnel and by service providers engaged for hosting, security, technical support and email services, acting on instructions and under the safeguards required by applicable law.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

International transfers

If a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, such processing must be covered by appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law.

You can request information about transfers relevant to your data by writing to info@terpsmerchandising.com.

Retention

Technical and security logs are retained for the operational and security period documented by the relevant infrastructure provider.

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and thereafter only where required for legal or accounting obligations or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. These are retention criteria, not fixed periods.

Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@terpsmerchandising.com. We normally reply within one month.

• Erasure, where the conditions apply.
• Restriction of processing, where the conditions apply.

You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner, Malta (https://idpc.org.mt/).

Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not carry out profiling.

Sending us information

Sending information to us by email is entirely voluntary. If you contact us, we generally need at least your contact details in order to reply.

Future changes

If a contact form, analytics, a newsletter, a chat service or a new processing provider is introduced on this website, this notice will be reviewed and updated before or when that change takes effect.
